My brother and I lost our mom to Covid -19 in January 2022 but her vision continues. God chose her for his Angel to watch my brother and I from above,To guide us and advise us and know we are still loved. My promises to you, is to continue to help others, you’ll see!And Always keep my brother close to me. Her vision continues to live on through 4Healing Hearts.

COVID-19 is a pandemic that has affected everyone globally. In order to do our best to prevent contracting the virus we are all forced to live a "new normal". It is encouraged that we practice "social distancing" and remain 6 feet away from each other in a public setting or when necessary. Also wear gloves and mask when necessary. This is a huge adjustment from what we know as "normal". This adjustment can cause anxiety. Individuals with mental health diagnosis may have their anxiety triggered.
